The poolside restaurant's cooking lacks consistency!!! A clearer communication regarding buffet options during evening service would help!!! Also, the hotel prices seem a bit steep for certain food, not matching the quality!!!

The grounds of Sofitel Klong Muang Beach are stunning. I loved the huge swimming pool, it was perfect for relaxation. The family room was spacious, allowing everyone to feel comfortable. The beach access is fantastic. we enjoyed swimming without the crowds. Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, offering a variety of options. I especially appreciated the gluten-free choices. However, the limited vegetarian options during lunch and dinner felt a bit lacking. Service was friendly, but it sometimes took longer than expected, especially during peak dining times. We faced minor hiccups with our room amenities. a few essentials were missing on the second day. Overall, it was a great stay with a few improvements needed to enhance the experience.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the exciting Kid's Club and participated in a Sofitel Signature Tour exploring the stunning natural beauty nearby. The atmosphere was lively with plenty of activities. Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

The adult and children's areas of the pool felt too separated, making it hard to gather everyone together.

Sofitel offered an impressive stay with spacious rooms and a stunning beach across the road. The high-quality breakfast buffet included freshly baked pastries and various organic juices. The staff were extremely attentive, ensuring that my business needs were met effectively, particularly during my presentations. The golf course was an added bonus for downtime, and the peaceful surroundings were ideal for relaxation after work engagements.

Every detail at this resort is pure bliss! From the breathtaking pool that feels like a tropical paradise to the incredible staff—shoutout to the concierge for organizing our last-minute Hong Island tour! The dining is a flavor explosion. the Thai and Indian restaurants blew us away, especially those perfectly cooked prawns!
